Weather Policy
The first class cancelled due to weather or court conditions will NOT be made up. Every effort will be made to reschedule and/or make-up subsequent cancelled classes. Be aware that your make-up class may have to fall on a different day, be at a different time, or even at an alternate location in order to complete the session.
To find out if your class is cancelled, check this website's home page for an announcement or check your email for a notice. If you are unable to get the information you need there, you can call A & E Tennis at 720.318.1790. If you are still unsure you can call the Town of Castle Rock weather line at 303.660.1364.
The decision to cancel morning classes will be made no later than 8:15am and no later than 4:30pm for evening classes.
No refunds will be granted due to weather complications.
